Mushy Pea Curry

Ingredients


  • 2 x Tins of Mushy Peas
  • 1 x Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 x Tin of Baked Beans
  • 1 x Onion (chopped) 
  • 1 x Clove of Garlic (chopped)
  • Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tsp of Chilli power, to taste
  • 1 tsp of Madras Curry Power, to taste
  • Salt & Pepper

Method


  1. Blend together Mushy Peas, Baked Beans, Chopped Tomatoes, Chilli Powder & Curry Powder (If you would like a chunky curry like the picture ignore this step)
  2. Fry Onion and Garlic in Frylight with a little salt
  3. Add Mushrooms and fry for a few minutes
  4. Add mixture to vegetables and heat throughly
