Veggie Balls & Spaghetti

Ingredients


  • Slimming World @ Icleand Italian Veggie Balls
  • Slimming World @ Icleand Creamy Tomato Sauce
  • Tesco Wholewheat Spagetti
  • Large Onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Tesco Garden Peas
  • Healthy Extra Cheese
  • Parsley / Corriander

Method


  1. Cook Veggie balls as per instructions in the Oven or Airfryer
  2. Heat Tomato Sauce as directed
  3. Cook Pasta as directed, wholewheat pasta takes a little longer!
  4. Chop up mushrooms and onions roughly or finer if you like
  5. Heat large frying pan to medium heat and add Frylight
  6. Cook Mushrooms and Tomatoes
  7. Add heated Tomato sauce to the frying pan with mushrooms and onions
  8. Add Garden Peas to the frying pan
  9. Add Veggie balls when cooked fully to the frying pan also and mix all together
  10. Place Spagetti and Veggie Balls and sauce in a large bowl
  11. Dress with Healthy Extra Cheese & Parsley if you wish
