My normal group is in Ely with Belinda but I have had the pleasure weighing in at your group many times this year.

Adrian and his social team and members are superb, friendly and welcoming. I’ve been to each time group and the experience is identical.

Have lost almost 1.5 stone so far and this is because of Adrian and the group.

Like many people, I felt hopeless about getting to a healthy weight, but am doing it slowly but surely with Adrian’s group.

Adrian is the best Slimming World consultant I have ever had. I thought I knew SW inside out! However there is never a week that I do not learn something about SW plan and myself during Image Therapy. 

My sister and I go together, when we arrive the room is buzzing, Adrian and his amazing social team are always on hand with a welcome smile, whether I have a loss or a gain I am totally encouraged for the week ahead.

I have struggled my entire life with my weight. 
This is the first time ever I have a wonderful vision of myself being healthier and slimmer for the rest of my life.   My confidence and self-esteem are on the up every week.
